Struggling with insomnia is unfortunately an all-too-familiar problem for innumerable individuals across the globe. For many people having difficulty getting to sleep, quieting the endless deluge of thoughts going through their heads is a big obstacle. These thoughts can make it difficult to go to sleep. Distracting the mind is important for people who cannot calm their mind at night. You can try to listen to sounds that replicate thunderstorms or rain to help distract your mind.
